INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING FROM THE UK
On the 9th January 2023, Royal Mail reported that they were experiencing severe service disruption to their international export services following a cyber incident.
On 18th January 2023, we went live with alternative solutions for international shipping.
What if my parcel was shipped before 9th January 2023:
- It should have made it successfully out of the country and we expect it to be delivered as normal.
What if my parcel shipped between the 9th and the 17th January 2023:
- If you have been sent a tracking number ending ‘GB’ then Royal Mail have it and have assured us that they will be able to deliver.
- Please expect a delay of up to 10 business days on your order arriving.
What if my parcel shipped from the 18th January 2023:
- Your order will have been shipped on our new service.
- Your tracking will end ‘NL’.
- Your goods should arrive in the standard delivery time from the date of dispatch.

IMPORTANT: Some countries will incur additional import/customs duties unless we expressly state herein that delivery is Duty Paid - Print Clever is not responsible for any additional charges.
All delivery prices are calculated based on the weight of your order, and all of our delivery services are based on a tracked-to-your-door service. Heavier items such as framed art canvas prints will cost more than lighter items such as t shirt or mugs.
When Will Your Order Leave?
It will typically take 2-4 business days for it to be dispatched from our warehouse, but at busy times this can be longer.
This is a **signed-for service. Delivery in no more than 2-4 working days from date of dispatch. Scanned throughout delivery - track your parcel’s progress online.
**Please make sure that someone is available to sign for your package, otherwise collection from your postal office will be required.
When your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email. Depending on which delivery service you have selected, your order will arrive as follows:
Non-delivery occurs when the goods do not arrive at the address you gave us, or you claim that the goods are not in your possession despite a confirmation of successful delivery from the delivery partner.
Please be aware that in some cases of disputed delivery, as detailed in our terms of service, we may have to undertake a full investigation with the delivery partner before processing any refund or replacement.
