Delivery Pricing All delivery prices are calculated based on the weight of your order. All of our delivery services are fully tracked to your door.
When Will Your Order Leave? Orders are dispatched the same day or within 1 working day of being placed.
When your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Depending on your location, your order will arrive within the following timeframes:
- United Kingdom: 2–3 working days
- European Union: 2–14 working days
- United States: 6–12 working days
- Canada: 4–11 working days
- Australia: 4–13 working days
- New Zealand: 6–18 working days
- Rest of World: 4–22+ working days
Non-Delivery Non-delivery occurs when the goods do not arrive at the address you provided, or you claim that the goods are not in your possession despite a confirmation of successful delivery from the delivery partner. In cases of disputed delivery we may need to undertake a full investigation with the delivery partner before processing any refund or replacement.
